Here is a rough idea of the issues we are tracking.  Some of us have a strong interest in one or more particular issues, and much less interest in others.  - Hey it’s a group of equal and independent individual property owners, not lemmings.  The more you respond to an issue the faster it rises up the priority chart.  (democracy, transparency, and striving for the ideal)

Issues reaching the top priority will enter a “final discussion” phase.  This will be for a set period of time. Members can vote, and change their vote during this time.  At the end of that time, the votes will be counted and if the motion carries, it will result in an UPDATE.

Some preliminary ISSUES include:

·         Stopping the RdS (POA) Ballot - Lot/Common Area Maintenance (The property rights violating ballot measure.)

·         Identify and Support Possible Board of Director Candidates

·         Improve Broadband Access

·         Identify ways to make the RdS books open for instant online search by any/all property owners for more transparent financial reporting.

·         Identify ways to reduce, and decentralize the power of the RdS board of directors, and redistribute that power to the property owners. (i.e. democracy via polling)

·         Identify ways to make Garbage Bins more user friendly.

·         Identify other issues, and the volunteers who want to work on solving them.

·         Examine Practices of the current Board in their compliance with California State Law and the RdS governing documents.
